1. What does your handover guarantee mean?
For the handover appointment with your property management or landlord, a member of our team is personally on site and waits with you for the inspection. If there are any complaints that relate to the cleaning, we correct these points wherever possible directly on site and at no extra cost – so that the apartment can be successfully handed over.

2. Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring our own professional equipment and certified eco-friendly cleaning products.

3. How early should I book the end-of-tenancy cleaning?
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally around 2 weeks before your handover date, so that we can reserve your preferred date and time slot.

4. What exactly is included in the end-of-tenancy cleaning?
Our standard end-of-tenancy cleaning covers all areas that are usually checked during an apartment handover: all rooms (floors, doors, light switches and skirting boards), the entire bathroom, the complete kitchen including interior cleaning of empty cupboards, as well as the main appliances (oven, hob, fridge – empty and defrosted) plus windows, shutters/roller blinds, balcony and basement.
