We electronically invoice our contractual clients monthly, with payment due within 30 days.
No, we can use our own certified eco-friendly cleaning products (free for fixed hourly contract customers). However, if you prefer specific products, you are welcome to provide them too.

Yes, we aim to assign the same housekeeper to your service to build trust and ensure consistency. If your regular housekeeper is unavailable, we will inform you and arrange a substitute with your approval.
Absolutely. All our housekeepers undergo rigorous training and background checks. They are also fully insured to give you peace of mind.
To cancel your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
