How do I pay for your services?
We electronically invoice our contractual clients monthly, with payment due within 30 days.

Cleaning Materials & Practices

Do I need to provide cleaning materials?
No, we use our own certified eco-friendly cleaning products. However, if you prefer specific products, you are welcome to provide them.

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes, we use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for both children and pets.

Housekeepers

Will I have the same housekeeper every time?
Yes, we aim to assign the same housekeeper to your service to build trust and ensure consistency. If your regular housekeeper is unavailable, we will inform you and arrange a substitute with your approval.

Are your housekeepers trained and insured?
Absolutely. All our housekeepers undergo rigorous training and background checks. They are also fully insured to give you peace of mind.
